Open the box and you find two packs of 13 Beni-imo Pretzel sticks; opening a pack released a lovely beni-imo aroma.
The sweetness is nicely judged, and the beni-imo flavor comes through as you finish it.
It is not too sweet either, so I found myself thinking I could eat one stick after another.
I always think of pretzels as salty, but the beni-imo pretzels barely tasted salty at all.
The sweetness and aroma of the beni-imo come through more strongly than the salt.
If you are looking for something similar, think Pocky or Pretz.
I forgot to measure it, but it is about 15 cm.
It is about the same size as a Pocky stick.
